Step 1 Mark the top of the mirror
Step 2 Remove mirror brackets
Step 3 Removing the mirror
Step 4 Cut and strip wires
Step 5 Attach the plug
Step 6 Secure the cable
Step 7 Test mirror defogger

Step 2 - Remove brackets holding mirror

Remove the plastic brackets or slide the metal brackets holding the mirror so the it can be removed.
