Step 7– Connect the wires

Cut and strip the wires to the proper length being careful not to cut them too short. The black wire will be connected to the black wire inside the light fixture, the white wire will be connected to the white wire and the green wire will be connected to a ground screw or the bare wire inside the fixture.
