Step 7– Removing the Knockout from the Light Fixture Electrical Box and Feeding and Connecting the Cable

Using the screwdriver, remove the knockout from the electrical box for the fixture and feed the cable between the boxes.

Tighten the integral clamp on the cable and connect the wires using the wire nuts. Connect black-to-black and white-to-white. Be sure to secure the ground wire under the ground screw provided.

Tuck the wires into the electrical box and replace the light fixture.
